EU Countries: Shipping to any EU country costs a flat rate of 60 EUR per order.

Non-EU Countries: Shipping costs vary based on your location, the weight, and the size of your order. We’ll show you the exact cost during checkout.

Customs and Taxes: If you’re outside the EU, you may need to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees in your country. These are not included in our shipping cost and areyour responsibility.

Yes! Every package is fully insured up to the value of your order until it’s signed for atdelivery. Once you or someone you authorize signs for the package, the responsibility passesto you.

Estimated Delivery: We’ll provide an estimated delivery time when you place yourorder, depending on your location and shipping method.

Possible Delays: Sometimes, things like weather, customs processing, or otherunexpected events can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated, but please note thatdelays don’t qualify for refunds unless stated in our Terms and Conditions.

After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow yourpackage’s journey. Make sure to provide a valid email address during checkout to receivethis.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We’re not responsiblefor packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned due to anaddress error, we’ll need to charge you for re-shipping it.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us photosof the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include areplacement or refund.

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, don’t worry—we’ll either send areplacement or issue a refund, depending on what’s best for your situation.

If your package is returned to us because it wasn’t claimed, you’ll need to cover the cost ofre-shipping it. If you choose not to have it re-shipped, we cannot refund the order.
